My traditional solid oak ledge doors come pre hung in a solid oak frame.
I use 4 inch satin stainless hinges and fit a five lever mortice lock.
The frame is fitted with two draft excluders and a black Ali water bar is fitted to the threshold.
The vertical boards are approximatly 23mm thick random width tongue and groove with a moulded edge.
cills and drips come fitted.
Stop chamfer detail on the outside of door frame.
doors 44mm thick.
frame section approximately 70mm x 98mm.
Ledge doors come with or without windows. The standard size of the window is 200mm x 280mm. This can be made bigger or smaller though if needed.
If door and frame is orderd every thing will be hung and ready for installation. Handles are extra but I can fit if needed I can also fit letter plates and door knockers. Most of my joinery goes out untreated. I can have a teknos lacquer applied if required.
Door only orders come without frame and hardware.
All Glass fitted is 24 mm sealed unit, Toughened, A rated, clear or obscure. Open In or out.
Multi point locks can be fitted to these doors.
