My Solid oak stable doors come Pre hung in frame using 4 inch satin stainless hinges. 5 lever sash lock fitted in top door and a 5 lever dead lock fitted in bottom door. (keyed Alike) Double draft excluders fitted in frame with draft excluder between top and bottom door. Black aluminium water bar fitted on threshold. All sills and drips fitted. Random width beaded Tonge and groove boards.
I make two styles of Stable door. One with small window in the top and one half glazed. The half glazed door is 57mm thick and the stable door with small window is 44mm thick. All frames are approximately 70mm x 96mm. All glazed doors come with glass fitted. I use 24mm toughened sealed units all of which a A rated. obscure options available.
Open in doors have a stop chamfer detail on the outside of frame while open outward doors have an og mold detail on the inside of frame.
All doors come with or without frame. If purchaced with Frame door will come pre hung ready to be installed. Door furniture is an extra but i can fit if required. Most of my joinery goes out untreated. I do however offer a teknos lacquer finish. please ask for details.
